Walter Bouchard is our financial planner. He wants to get to know you, your goals and objectives, as well as any areas of concern that you may have. During this Life Planning Approach, he places a high importance on getting to know who you are and where you are financially. He will also identify the areas in which we can create the most value for you in our relationship.
Walter Bouchard is proud to have been recognized as a Vista Club advisor for 2019—a distinction based on annual production that places him among the top 25 percent of advisors affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network.
Each year, Commonwealth, the Registered Investment Adviser–broker/dealer that helps us process investment transactions on your behalf, recognizes Vista Club advisors by inviting them to an exclusive gathering of their peers, leading industry experts, and Commonwealth home office staff. Vista Club advisors benefit from an intensive learning and networking experience designed to help them hone their expertise, share best practices, and provide ever-higher levels of service, education, and leadership to their clients.
Janel is our Financial Paraplanner. She has a BS in mathematics from Saint Mary’s College of California where she earned the Brother Alfred Brousseau Award for excellence in mathematics. Janel began her career as an Actuarial Analyst, working first in health and then in pension consulting. After taking several years off raising her three children and working with preschoolers, Janel is excited to be back at work. She knew Bouchard and Associates was the right team to be part of due to their integrity and commitment to helping others achieve their financial goals. Being a “chocoholic”, she also appreciates the high quality chocolates in our lobby. When not at work, Janel enjoys family time, hiking, and running on the streets and trails around Fredericksburg. Her motto is to be “always thankful”.
